The dietary fiber (commonly known as waste) is basically derived from various plants including vegetables and fruits that are not digestible in the human body. It is classified as soluble or insoluble fiber.
Soluble fiber with high viscosity properties and prebiotic; can undergo fermentation in the colon (the large intestine) the production of gas and some active substances. Insoluble fiber has chemical inactive while having the capacity of water absorption during the digestion process and allowing easy elimination of fecal matters of the body.
The chemical structure of dietary fiber is no starch polysaccharide compound comprising cellulose, inulin, lignin, chitin, pectin and oligosaccharides, plants etc.. respect all contain soluble and insoluble fibers with different proportions according to different types of plants, each type of fiber explains some specific amount.
The sources of plant providing the percentage delivery of insoluble fiber include nuts and seeds, flax seeds, skins of most fruits, the full range of food grain and some vegetables including celery, zucchini, rhubarb, green beans, soluble fiber, etc.. is widely – available in varieties of plant specific example barely, oats, rye, legumes (beans and peas) and some fruit (flesh rather than skin) with bananas, pears, berries and plums. Some vegetables also provide the magnitude of high soluble fiber such as carrots and artichokes.
In addition, there is a certain concentration of soluble fiber in the interior of plants as onions and sweet potatoes (a higher proportion of insoluble fiber is present in the skin of these types of plant).
The fibers can provide substantial health benefits for keeping mechanism proportionate in the human body.
