The Important of Nutrition

What is nutrition? If you want to be healthy and live a long life you must not only eat but eat great food! We need food and water to live but we need the food and water to contain what are known as “; nutrients” crucial;.
Foods are largely classified into two groups: macronutrients, including energy, protein, carbohydrates, fiber and fat and micronutrients are vitamins and minerals.
Essential nutrients must be supplied from outside the body through our diet. This is why it is so important to have a well balanced range of different foods so that our bodies can extract the maximum quality from. Here are some obvious advantages of having a good, balanced and variable diet:
* It helps to stave off all too common dies as those of the heart, hypertension and various forms of cancer. It keeps our bones healthy and strong so they don’t become brittle.
* He gives us energy and strength we need for our daily lives. For example, iron deficiency may leave us feeling tired and lack luster.
* It keeps us focused and motivated in our lives and daily tasks of providing food right brain as plenty of water helps to keep us hydrated.
Nutritious without being essential or not as part of your regular diet is often linked to specific diseases and chronic dies. We all probably remember hearing tales of sailors on long trips that had to do without good sources of fresh fruits such as lemons, oranges and so on. They developed the “death scurvy”, which is a consequence of a lack of vitamin C.
Obtaining the best nutrition means deploying forward some effort on our wall. It means get to know our food and its content in ways we probably have never bothered to before. We must learn the language of food and how it acts on one another and affects our body if we promote our own health and
