It is something that you may have heard (maybe you still often get bored of it), but the fact remains that it is absolutely true: breakfast is really the most important meal of the day.

To jump back in history ‘breakfast’, is actually a compound word of  ‘break the fast’. The ‘fast’, being the period during the night, when a person does not eat. Understanding this concept is one of the main ways to see why breakfast is so important: not just another meal, lunch is about to start your body again the night before fast.
