Respect the mighty and magical system of the body is the key to the importance of nutrition and health to achieve. Even the smallest element in our body play an important role in the proper function of the health and welfare.
The body contains millions of cells that work like a small engine. This work synergistically or independently. To work with one of these cells require a special type of fuel or food. Like the engine, if not the right fuel and oil can not work – it’s that simple.
Fuel and oil are called nutrients from the healthy foods we eat. Food is basically vitamins, minerals, enzymes, water, amino acids, carbohydrates and fats. It’s SA problem that almost everyone has to deal at some point discolored teeth. If you never drink coffee, tea, or wine, chances are high that your teeth are much closer to yellow or even brown than white. Smoking also leads to yellow teeth. And even if you avoid the common causes of tooth discoloration, you still aren’t immune. The enamel on teeth gets a finite time slightly lower, allowing teeth to slowly change color.
