<p style="text-align: justify;">The dietary fiber (commonly known as waste) is basically derived from various plants including vegetables and fruits that are not digestible in the human body. It is classified as soluble or insoluble fiber.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Soluble fiber with high viscosity properties and prebiotic; can undergo fermentation in the colon (the large intestine) the production of gas and some active substances. Insoluble fiber has chemical inactive while having the capacity of water absorption during the digestion process and allowing easy elimination of fecal matters of the body.</p>

<p style="text-align: justify;">The chemical structure of dietary fiber is no starch polysaccharide compound comprising cellulose, inulin, lignin, chitin, pectin and oligosaccharides, plants etc.. respect all contain soluble and insoluble fibers with different proportions according to different types of plants, each type of fiber explains some specific amount.</p>
