The dietary fiber (commonly known as waste) is basically derived from various plants including vegetables and fruits that are not digestible in the human body. It is classified as soluble or insoluble fiber.

Soluble fiber with high viscosity properties and prebiotic; can undergo fermentation in the colon (the large intestine) the production of gas and some active substances. Insoluble fiber has chemical inactive while having the capacity of water absorption during the digestion process and allowing easy elimination of fecal matters of the body.
