Fitness is a constant struggle for many people. Although there is a small percentage of people that love is just awakening in the morning and the gym, the average person would rather do something else. But our bodies need constant exercise and nutrition. Although it may be difficult to remain consistent, your body feels good when you are eating well and exercising daily. This is a good time to practice visualization. Imagine the finish line, or buy clothes a few sizes smaller. Understand your goal and you have to do to get the result.
