Breakfast is The Most Important Meal of The Day

It is something that you may have heard (maybe you still often get bored of it), but the fact remains that it is absolutely true: breakfast is really the most important meal of the day.
To jump back in history ‘breakfast’, is actually a compound word of ‘break the fast’. The ‘fast’, being the period during the night, when a person does not eat. Understanding this concept is one of the main ways to see why breakfast is so important: not just another meal, lunch is about to start your body again the night before fast.
Imagine that you went out one morning to start your car, but you did not put gas in it. What would happen? Obviously, it does not you start … but how can you expect? A car needs gas to move and work properly, the same way while the body needs food to function properly. Without food, your body just stutter and splutter like a car without any gas. You need to eat to have energy, and energy you need to get you through the day – so it is essential to begin the day by breaking your fast, and having something nutritious to eat.
One of the main reasons that people give to the consumption of breakfast is that they do not feel hungry in the morning. It is a common problem, but it is not one that should be given as a reason not to eat lunch at all. Nobody does that you should eat the food within seconds of waking, but you should eat something to give your body the food and energy that should get you through the day. Even if this ‘something’, is small and light on the stomach – such as yogurt, a milkshake or a smoothie. It is better to have something, anything, so your body works also for not giving him anything – no gas – at all.
The reason is simple: if you do not get your body produces energy from food in the early part of the day, it’s only a matter of time before you lose power altogether. And when you lose power, you will probably find reaching for a snack of high-calorie, high fat or high-sugar – just to give you the momentum you need to see the day out. Consumption of a healthy breakfast prevents recommend to snack, and you set off for the hours ahead.
