Although traditionally a trip to the dentist was needed for teeth whitening treatment, there are also many normal things you can do at home to ensure that your smile is always white and bright. An extremely important thing to remember is that, as with many other things, prevention is better than cure. You should brush your teeth thoroughly at least twice a day and also floss as much as possible, especially just before bedtime as your teeth are subjected to bacteria and plaque accumulation for about 8 or 9 hours. After you have eaten is a good idea to wipe your mouth with water, and always silk hand so you can discreetly use it while you eat out at restaurants or snacking.
If you are a trial to reduce smoking as much as possible, or even stop you. It turns out that smoking is extremely harmful in many other aspects of health, but it also contaminates the yellowish brown of teeth, so if you are a smoker you will have to work harder to teeth whitening. Regardless of smoking it is also certain beverages that are known to cause staining of teeth. These include tea, coffee, wine (especially red, although to some extent white wine has proven to cause discoloration) and non-alcoholic fizzy drinks such as cola. It’s a good idea to sip water while drinking the beverage, if at all possible.
Some natural foods have proven to really help with keeping your teeth white. Strawberries, in particular, contain teeth whitening properties. You can rub your teeth and leave for a few minutes before rinsing your mouth out well and flossing to remove any seeds that may have lodged between your teeth. Orange peel can also be used, just rub the inside of your teeth to help keep your lure and white smile.
Although mouthwashes are used to help kill bacteria in your mouth and freshen your breath, some of the harsh chemicals used in them can actually cause discoloration of the enamel of your teeth, so it is really the best of avoid using them wherever possible.
Another way to maintain a healthy smile is glowing by eating a healthy diet and normal. Avoid foods and sugary snacks, which can cause cavities and tooth discoloration, and are also bad for you in other ways. Try eating lots of salads and fresh fruit with lots of delicious raw vegetables and crisp. You will feel better for it in so many ways. Always try to rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after you’ve eaten, especially if you can not find time to brush their teeth for a few hours.
So you see, it is possible to have a healthy, winning smile without using harsh chemicals that, over time, can damage your gums and tooth enamel. It is better to adopt a healthy lifestyle and maintain good hygiene habits and keep your smile dazzle.
