The impressive and powerful effects of protein consumption for the success of fat loss has been well studied and documented by scientists and nutritionists over the years.

Unfortunately, many women mistakenly believe or are led to believe by the industry, the weight and / or the media to lose protein, and in fact the most healthy, protein foods, are effectively helping to develop large, bulky muscles like found in bodybuilders and other athletes.

How many times I heard women my customers reply to my suggestion that their proteins, and protein levels take longer, with a low carb food, “I do not want to develop big muscles big, I just want to lose belly fat!”

A way of life can often lead to disruptive employees at a constant cycle of eating all the food bad the wrong time of day.

But if you can not change the hours you work – what kind of food is really healthy for the shift workers to eat?

Would you believe that certain food ingredients?

Confused? Well, let me explain.

Thanks to the weight loss industry, we are so obsessed with reading the nutrition facts on food labels that we forget to look on the other part of the label – the list of ingredients.

Let’s look at an example.

At this point I have to go to the kitchen and the pantry open. Take a cereal box and take it to the computer.

Note how it breaks on the label how much fat, cholesterol, sodium (salt), carbohydrates and sugar in the product that’s great.

But can we recognize one of the ingredients?!

Not really they are familiar.

The sad thing is that we are so absorbed in reading the nutrition labels on food today, we did not really look at the actual content of foods.

Ideas for a healthy meal can be hard to think of yourself and even less if you have a family to cook. Satisfy everyone can be difficult and the task of shopping for prepared meals and meal components difficult. Vegetables seem a difficult question when it comes to the whole family to chow down on these nutrients. So how can your family to eat vegetables without fuss? Check out these four ways to “healthify” your meal while pleasing the masses.

1. Vegetable Buffet – Not everyone in your family like all vegetables, but everyone can benefit from the nutrients in them. Try a fruit buffet, 3-5, where vegetables are prepared separately. Stir in spices such as garlic, rosemary and thyme with olive oil or a small amount of salt and pepper to season the vegetables. Prepare your choice in a different way to grill frying and / or roasting. Green beans with slivered almonds tossed in Italian dressing, marinated in vinaigrette, roasted pumpkin boards and garnish with Parmesan cheese and baked sweet potato fries are all excellent ways to make vegetables interesting. Allow family members to pick up the goodies of their choice.

Low carb diet is known to mankind for thousands of years, even back to the days when primitive humans were hunters and gatherers. They feed mainly on meat and vegetables rich in protein, fat and fiber. These discoveries anthropological revolution medicine in a way.

Today, that same diet used to treat people with diabetes, epilepsy, and obesity. The key point in the low-carb diet is to produce insulin in the body limit. If a person eats carbohydrates, blood sugar goes up and that person’s body in turn will produce insulin to control glucose in the blood counter.
